"It was awesome to Terra Lightfoot all the way from Singapore for the first time. We met some cool friends and overall, it was a great event with awesome bands. Unfortunately, our VIP experience was pretty much screwed up on the first day. In the beginning, the VIP booth did not give us what we supposed to have. We didn't know that a wrist band is needed for pit access. The security refused to grant us entry even after I told him that we are on the "groupie package", he SHOULD at least advise us what to do instead of pushing us away as if we were trying to fake entry. C'mon, US$499 ain't cheap. When we got back to the hotel later at night, I look up on the website again to make sure our package includes pit access, and yes, it does. I was so glad that the lady from the booth immediately put on the wrist bands for us when we show our tickets again the next day."
